I get a message that says invalid file when I try to open the zipped file

I finally see that I received the email with the link to get the zip file. However after it downloads, and I try to open it I get a message that it is an invalid file. I am using chrome browser. 

What is your current extractor app? It seems you are using your browser to extract the zip file. You should use Winrar or Winzip. I can open it without any problem, so you should be able to do the same. 

If you are already using an extractor, please let us know its name so we can check further.
