Sharing a custom created form

I created a custom form on someone else's account, on accident, and now I'm trying to find a way to get the form I made on their account over to mine. How can I do this?

I figured it out! I created my custom form as a template from the account I accidentally made it on, and then on my actual account, I created a new form and used the template :) PERFECTION
