Can we make the form look exactly as our paper form?

We have a series of forms that we need to submit on a regular basis. We would love to be able to take advantage of the functionality of filling them out on a phone or tablet and submitting them via email signed. However, we don't seem to understand if we can make the form look exactly as our paper form because it is a requirement that they be sent in that format.

It seems like you have imported the PDF to JotForm, but unfortunately, most of the fields were not recognized by our PDF import tool. The PDF tool is designed to work mostly with fillable PDFs. So if you can turn your PDF into a PDF with fillable inputs, you will have a better chance of importing it properly to JotForm.

Imported PDFs can be submitted as their web form versions, and generate filled PDFs upon submission. However, this will only work if the PDF is imported and configured properly in the form editor.
