Jot form integration with Stripe asking for numeric month

    Hello,

    I'm having trouble with a form I have integrated with JotForm.

    The form is set up to accept orders for free comp tickets as well as to accept payments for paid $12 tickets. 

    However, when a recent customer tried to order paid tickets, when he entered his credit card info the drop down the months are listed as text but when he clicked submit it said the month needed to be entered in numeric format.  Also when he chose no month it went through but his card was not charged but he did get an email confirmation.

    It's also not totaling the number of tickets nor transferring the amount to the Stripe form although I thought I set that up correctly.

    Could you disconnect the Stripe payment field in the form and reconnect and then check if the same issue is recurring?
