    None of my email recipients are getting email notifications when a form is submitted and my sender email is set to

    Is the issue happening for all your forms? If only in the specific form, please let us know to which form this issue is related to so we can further check it.

    Also, please whitelist jotform domains and IPs in your web/email host to ensure that all the emails sent to you will be received successfully.
