disabled notification on sign up form

    hi i did a sign up form and i keep getting file can not be founds - form has been disabled. nothing seems to be working. please help

    @Zaina

    I deeply apologize for this inconvenience. Your account was auto suspended by our anti-phishing system.

    Your form "Create an Account" is suspected to be used for phishing as it asking for user's email id and password. FYI, JotForm forms cannot be used for authentication and is against our Terms of Use.

    For now your account will remain suspended. If you want it to be reactivated, this form needs to be deleted. Please let us know, we will delete this form and re-activate your account.

    Hello, hows else can i get users to sign up to my website from facebook. We have a website www.ananasa.com where people register. I want to make it easier for our users by signing up through facebook?

    @Zaina

    You can use any other text instead of email and password. If not then our anti-phishing system will auto suspend your account.

    You can consider upgrading your account. Premium accounts are not auto suspended and requires human verification of forms.

    You can type email thats not an issue, but you should avoid using password text in your form. You may like to use "pass phrase" , "key"

    i re-tried it and now when i preview my tab i see a white background with
    no form.

    I don't see any issue with your account.

    Request you to please clear your browser cache and log back in to your account.

    Why did you change the text to "Pass code" from "Secret key", our anti-phishing filter will again suspend your account.
