Not receiving PDFs

    Your system is not sending any pdf attachments today.  All my submissions on 2/18 did not have PDF eventhough it is set to send.  Please advise as this is an important recordkeeping process for my business.

    Can you please confirm the form in question? I have checked a few forms and it appears that your forms are quite long. Please note that if the PDF attachment is more than 5MB in size, it will not be attached to email notifications as per new limits applied to email notifications.
