How do customize the print option for the form

Our business uses government printed and supplied Standard Employment Contracts that have blanks to be filled in and boxes that need to be ticked. We need to be able to fill in a form online, put the 2-sided pre-printed contracts into our Konica office printer/copier and have the information printed properly onto the contracts. It's not a lot of information: names, dates, some amounts, a few comments, but they must line up properly and print properly every time. Can jotform help us? Does your program/service have this ability?

Thank you for writing to Jotform support.

Yes, you can design your form as per your requirement and it will be as it is when you print the same. You can also add a print button to your form if required. Please follow the steps in this guide to add the same: Print-Button-on-Forms

You can also create a fillable PDF form using your own PDF. Here is a reference guide: How-Can-I-Import-My-Own-PDF-to-JotForm

Please check and let me know if you have any questions or need any further help from our end.

Thanks for your help. I've uploaded a fillable pdf and using your service
(which is awesomely user friendly btw) I've made a fillable form to
complete the information needed on the employment contract. Still having
some problem with tick boxes, but mostly there. My challenge now is
printing, because I need to print on pre-printed boilerplate contract forms
provided by the government. So I only want to print the information I
filled in, NOT the form itself. The form is already preprinted and needs to
just be loaded into the printer. How can I save to a pdf or print without
the boilerplate text, while keeping the information properly aligned for
    printing. Allan Smith

You can try to create and customize a PDF copy of your form submissions on the PDF Editor page. You can either download the PDF submission or print it from that page.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report

You can try to move the fields on the PDF document to fit it into the paper you are printing it to.

Paper size can be selected from the PDF Editor page Layout Settings.

You can also hide empty form fields.

Please test it out to see if it works for you and let us know if you have any further questions.
