Unable to view filled out forms

    Hello, 

    Yesterday I charted my patient visit submitted and it said submission received. That patient was not listed under submitted forms. Later I resubmitted two more times with same outcome. I tried syncing with no change. I signed out and back in with no change. I deleted app and downloaded again and signed in. It is showing I have submitted forms but when I click on it it says there are no submissions for this form. Help please.

    Would you mind letting us know the Form in question so that we can take a look at it? Did you receive the email notification when they have submitted the form?
