    Try changing your IFRAME height value to 1000px or set the scrolling to YES and see if it works.

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.us/form/31221594947155" frameborder="0" style="width: 100%; height: 1000px; border: none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    If the issue still persist, please contact us again.

    You can adjust the height value based on your preferences. The 1000px is only an example which adjust the iframe height to 1000px on all resolution. Try reducing the value to 800px or lower

    Please try adding this code as well in your Custom  CSS.

    @media (min-width:500px) {

    iframe { height: 700px !important; } /* this is for the mobile iframe height */

    }
