Unable to edit submission

    We are getting a "permission denied" message yesterday/today. Users are accessing the completed form through the "Edit Link". All autoresponder settings are correct. When the user clicks "Edit Submission" they are denied permission. User do not have sub accounts. Thank you,

    Hello John - I just checked the email you provided above and I can see that it is associated with a GUEST account with no forms in it.

    Could you please share with us the link to the form where the issue is being experienced so we could check?
