Paid JotForm Over Quota

    How do I fix this issue? It says that my JotForm is over quota but we have the silver package and have plenty of storage available.

    I have checked the form that you provided for us and I am able to see the contents of the form without issue, it seems that there is no over quota message displaying as you've mentioned. I've also checked your account and I see that you are still within your usage limits. Are you perhaps be referring to another form?

    Please do check your form again and let us know if you are still unable to see it. We will wait for your response!
