Can an autoresponder e-mail be electronicallysigned

I'd like to produce a binding client contract via the information provided by the client on our order form, in conjunction with our standard terms and conditions.  Our standard contract is fairly lengthy (3 typed pages) so it's not fair to expect the client to read it online while filling out the form.

Is there any way to produce the contract from the form inputs and send it with a blank electronic signature spot whereby they can sign it electronically in the autoresponder they receive and then send the signed form back to us either via e-mail or preferably via JotForm?
