I was also unable to access the file directly and through the submission window. I have forwarded your concern to our developers to help resolve this issue. Please wait for their response regarding this matter.

Hello ProductionServices. There was a problem with the download links generated from the email alerts the other day. I have already made a fix for this yesterday and today.
