    Hi!

We would like to build a logbook for students so they can document different education moments ant fill in, have signatures from their supervisors and send in the form every time they completed a task. Then we could collect and administrate this in Excel for e.g. and have PDF:s (basic functions that works perfect with Jotform!). We would also would like a function that make it possible for the students to have an overview so they can follow their progress (see what they have done and what they should do next).

Is it possible to make such a solution with Jot form?

The best would be a form or PDF that visualize the moments they done already and possibilities to fill in more.

Like in the old days with a paper in the pocket with boxes, dates and signatures to send in then everything is finished but digital, dynamic and connected to the database if you understand?

    Best regards!

    Fredrik W

I believe it can be done through Jotform. You can use different signature widgets to capture signatures https://www.jotform.com/widgets/search/signatures and export the submitted data on Excel or PDF file https://www.jotform.com/help/73-how-to-download-form-submissions-as-excel-csv-pdf/.

As for the overview, are you referring to something like a progress bar https://www.jotform.com/widgets/progress-bar?

    Looking forward for your response.

    Thanks!

Is it possible for the user to get a mail with an PDF every time they save?

Is it possible to change this text:

"Your form submission has been saved as a draft.

We’ve sent you an email with a link to complete your submission."

    Kind regards!

I assume that you are referring to the issue https://www.jotform.com/answers/2171786. Let me move your last response over to that thread and answer over there to avoid confusion.

Please check and follow up on the thread above.
