email back to person that submitted form

hi all 

is it possible to do the following and if so how would i go about it, 

i have created a Basic Holiday form for my workers, this requires to be signed off and then returned to the work saying that it has been authorized with a managers signature and date, 

is it possible for the form when submitted to go to the manager to sign or does he have to edit it in the sheets?

I would recommend you to build an approval workflow. So, after your workers submit the form, it will go to your managers for a signature.

thanks for the answer, I have managed to get the email to go to my manager once logged but I am unable to get the form to send back to the employee to say it is approved  for some reason would you have any suggestion on what I am doing wrong

I would suggest to create a separate autoresponder, which will inform your respondents. Then you should use "Change Email Recipient" type of condition to send this autoresponder.

In order to achieve this, you will also need to add the Get Form Page URL widget. Then your condition for the autoresponder should look like this:

no the form number is 200474403174043, i can get it to do everything apart from respond to the employee to say he has had his holiday form approved,

how do i post pics like you have, so i can show you my change emails, and auto response setting
