My forms have not been returned to me.

    My name is Vanessa Cruickshank and I have set up an account with you guys and developed this form that I have sent out. 

    But two people have filled it in and it has not been returned to me

     

    The form is below. Please advise

    Your form is still saved under a guest account. Please create an account first with Jotform then once created, setup an email notification by following this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications.

    I checked your form settings and found that it's lacking email notification that is why you are not receiving emails.
