Slack integration: 'View submission' button in the received Slack message is not working

    Moreover, we are using the slack integration and the "view submission" button is not working anymore.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your form and did not find any issue with that. You have integrated with Slack correctly but I was not able to view / edit the connected channels.

    I would suggest you to remove the Slack integration from your form and integrate again to see if that solves your problem.

    I've tried to remove the slack integration and integrate it again. The solution works when I try to "send a test message" but not with a real submission...

    I have checked the Slack integration and able to replicate the issue at my end. The issue is that the View Submission link is using the Inbox view with the Submission ID instated of form ID. Let me forward the thread to our backend team for further investigation. Once we have any news in this regard, we'll let you know.

    We have checked the issue assigned by our support team.

    During the investigation, the issue was caused that there is a difference flow during test and submission.  The related error has been found and fixed. It seems to be working properly.

    Please re-integrate your Slack Integration and test your process.
