Customize the PDF Attachment Name based on Document Data

Can we set the PDF document attachment to have a custom named based on the field data? Currently it comes over as a random array of numbers.  Please advise.

Currently i've set it as follows in the PDF editor:  {q_3}_RVC _{q_9}

I'm using the Date Field (3) and the Manifest# (9).  But the document is coming named like this....02202020RVC99999_984481037.pdf  It isn't included the underlines I want and it is adding some additional numbers at the end. In this example it is everything after the 999999.

Why isnt it coming over as written in the PDF Editor?  "02202020_RVC_99999"

Please kindly try removing the email notification in your form, and then adding a new email notification. When I tested a cloned version of your form with a new email notification, the attached PDF was named properly.
