I cant see which keyword triggered the form submission?

hope I am having the same issue (I cant see which keyword triggered the form submission). Did any of the solutions worked for (Get Referrer-widget or Google Analytivc-widget) or did you find another?

I found a solution.

I track all my urls in my Google Ads campaign with utm parameters.

After, i've installed JotForm widget "Get Form Url" to provide the page URL each time the form is submitted. 

Just one important thing : your form must be on the landing page where the url is shown.

You are correct the Get Form URL widget could be a workaround for Google Ad words tracking. I will also take note of this workaround for future reference.
