Email with zip files still not working, Need help ASAP!

my Big Mamas order form is not working. I always create a PDF called packing slips and download all the submissions. Then it sends me email with them attached. Im not getting the email and its not in my spam folder.

I did a ticket earlier and someone said they did a test that worked but it did not. I never go that email either. These are packing slips to fill orders I need ASAP
