No wonder, I have not been receiving any ennquiries for th epast 2 -weeks.

We are really sorry for inconvenience caused. To solve this issue can you please try to change your Sender Name to JotForm, and your Sender-Email to firstname.lastname@example.org and then do a test?
Also, whitelist Jotform's mail sever Ips as follows;

To fix this login into your account and then:
1. Click on "Setup & Embed" tab on the form builder toolbar
2. Click on "Email Alerts"
3. Click on "Add New Email"
4. Select "Notification" option & click next.
Try to change your Sender Name to JotForm, and your Sender-Email to email@example.com and then do a test? that is in the envelope that appears.
