Email confirmation link didn't work and account login suspended

Hi, I created an account yesterday, but the email I received to confirm my email contained an invalid link (that's literally what the page says when I try to click on the link). I was able to create a couple of short forms, but when I tried to login on the page to request nonprofit pricing (this account is for our church ESL program), it tells me the login is suspend. Help, please!
