If you have included screenshot images in your latest response, it was not uploaded properly so we were not able to see them. You can upload them again on your next response.

I am not sure if I understand your last reply. What do you mean Butchery Pricing? If that is one of your submissions, please provide the Submission ID by following this guide (https://www.jotform.com/help/549-Where-to-Find-the-Submission-ID) and we will check the missing images.
Also, please try updating your Account Privacy settings and disable these options:
And then try to open the image again and see if the issue still persists.
