HELP! JOTFORM IS NOT FORWARDING ENQUIRIES TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS

    I have to log-in to jotform to download the enquiry.

    very frustrating! please help.

    Hello @allanamores,

     

    Have you checked your spam folder?

    Because, there are instances that some emails with similar contents may get tagged as spam by email service providers. If it is not there kindly let us know.

    Hello Allanamores.  Upon checking the logs, it appears that the emails have properly been sent to the said email address.  Please do check your junk mail / spam folder as suggested by yselboller.
