    Hi

I'm using a form to collect personal information on subcontractors that work for us to include, address, emergency contact, bank, tax numbers etc.  Im looking to make that as secure as possible and looking to do the following, are there any other recommendations that you would advise to help keep the info secure?

     - Removing fields from autoresponder email and no PDF.

     - Removing PDF and fields from the notifier email.

    - Submissions to go into a Dropbox account accessible only by managers or we manually transpose the information from Jotform to locked excel sheet

Any advise on how to protect the information welcome

    K
