I am based in the UK - but need a form for the US

I am a UK events planner.  One of my clients wants to organise a USA Roadshow and needs a way of taking trade stand applications online from US businesses.

I am just enquiring if Jotforms would be able to differentiate between UK and US respondents and what we would need to do to set up a form that takes payments. 

I am au fait with setting up the forms though.

When an account is created from EU region, the account shall automatically served by EU based server. However, if you want the account to be in US based servers and let the customer access the submission data, you may switch the datacenter to US from the Data section of your account settings.
