How do I get a free pass to museums

Hello - you're site was advised to use as a free access to museums. Understand it takes weeks to receive a card. Is there any way we can use this registration to assess museums ahead of that?

If you are looking to contact the owner of the form you have submitted, I can only suggest that you refer to the email you have received (if there is any) when you submitted the form and look for their contact details. If you submitted the form from a website, then you may look for the form owner's contact details on that website.
