How do you create drop downs dependent on previous selections

Asked by loud068 on April 14, 2011 at 01:12 PM

I need to create drop down fields that display a list based on the users previous selection.

Example: Vehicle year, vehicle make, vehicle model.

    Hi,

What you can do is to create multiple vehicle model drop-downs, and then set a condition so that depending on the chosen vehicle make, the form will show the corresponding drop-down and hide the others.

Repeat the condition in the screenshot above to all the other vehicle makes and then we end up with this Example Form

Feel free to clone/import that form so that you can inspect or play around with it.
