pay amount due

how do i make my amount due equal what should be paid in paypal without having to set up products.

i have mulpty box that look like the attached 6 total and they add up to amount due 

if i use paypal (any) they want me to set up sell products, that is what i have already done

Instead of creating products, you can set your PayPal integration's Payment Type to User Defined.

After this, you can select the field you want to get the amount from.
