Account suspended?

    Hi,

    Apparently somehow our account got suspended and forms lost? What happened? I need this badly and we were on the brink of upgrading our account.... was there any hack?

    Your account is suspended because, the form 200466584009051 was collecting IBAN numbers which is sensitive information and it gets automatically flagged and account suspended.

    If you need to collect these numbers, you will need to either add the below widgets into your form or enable encryption on your form.

    1. Terms and Conditions https://www.jotform.com/widgets/terms-and-condition

    2. Signature https://www.jotform.com/widgets/signature

    Ok, I wasn’t aware of that. It’s a declaration form for volunteers so we need to collect IBAN. Please reactivate the account so I can correct it. So if I enable encryption it would be OK?

    Thank you for the update.

    I have activated your account. You can enable the encryption on the form and your form should be fine.

    Hi, additional question:

    If I choose not to encrypt the form, do I need to include both the terms and signature widgets in the form as an alternative, or would just accepting terms be sufficient??

    Yes, you should be adding both the widgets on the form.
