I am getting a 404 error accessing other's forms

    I was getting this error on my own forms, but am now getting it when someone else sends me a link to a jotform.  I can access it from my iPhone but not from my desktop or laptop.  I use Chrome, but also tried Edge.

    This is one I had to access today.  It does not work on chrome or edge but worked on my phone.

    Thank you for the details.

    I have checked the provided form URL and it is working fine on both chrome as well as edge. I have also cleared the form cache. Can you please clear your browser cache and give it a try? Also, try to open the same in incognito mode.

    Let me know if the issue is still persisting at your end.

    Yes. I did try clearing the cache.  Restarting the machine. It still will not open for me.

    Unfortunately, there is nothing much that we can do from our end.

    I have tested this on another device as well and it is working fine in all the browsers. Can you test it on another device if you have any?
