Trying to Verify My Email Address for my New Jotform Account

    Hi.  I'm currently unable to verify my account due to a message saying "not valid link."  Please advise.

    I did check your account and found that it is currently suspended. That could be the reason why you are not able to verify email and the link is not valid anymore. 

    I am escalating this thread to my form review team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. Please note that we have anti-phishing filter which scans all form.

    Your account was suspended by mistake. We have activated your account and your forms are back online.
