I set an SMTP address so that emails can come from our servers since you don't support DKIM, SPF, DMARC alignment. But no matter how I assign it, when I send test messages, they are still coming from noreply@jotform.com and your Amazon AWS servers instead of our mail server. Also addresses seem to change back to noreply@jotform.com. So need to figure out how to get these settings to stick and to work.

Thank you for writing to Jotform support.
Can you please confirm the for in question so that we can check and assist you accordingly. I have checked the 2 forms below and I do not see any the SMTP configured:
https://www.jotform.com/form/200487522070145
https://www.jotform.com/form/200457402550142
Please make sure you hit the save button after making changes to the email notifications:
Here is a reference guide: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
Please let us know if the issue is still persisting at your end.

Yes, I tried saving the securities@hbsslaw.com address in to the forms and it does not seem to take. If you go in to the Account Settings and look at email addresses, you can see I have the SMTP setup there. Not sure why it won’t take. Sometimes it appears to save, but then reverts back.

Is there a way to test SMTP settings outside of the forms?

Hi,
Please fill out the form and submit it manually to test your SMTP settings. Please avoid using the "Test Email" button in the email settings.
Give it a try and let us know if you need further help. Thank you.
