Hi, I have the following specs and I'm wondering if this can be done with your form builder?
- Multiple questions on same page
- Conditional display of questions
- Conditional display of pages or modules
- Global tabs/anchors letting user jump forward or backward to different pages or modules, regardless of where they are in the survey- Lead-scoring logic that instructs the user to forward the call, take a message, email the output, end the call, etc (based on how questions have been answered)
- Conditional redirects on submit
- Auto-save entered data at all times
- Save & Resume button
Looking forward to your reply!
Kind regards,
Dave -

- Multiple questions on same page
Yes, this is possible with our classic/traditional layout — https://www.jotform.com/help/493-How-to-Change-the-Form-Layout
You may select the layout as you start to create your form.
- Conditional display of questions

- Conditional redirects on submit
Redirecting users to a different page or a different Thank-You message is also possible using conditions.

Hi, thanks for your responses.
I've subscribed to Jotform, and built a survey with multiple pages, and enabled the Form Tabs widget.
Based on a NO response to a question in the first page, I created a condition to skip to the last page upon clicking the NEXT button at the end of the first page.
Unfortunately, it did not seem to work. The form continued to the 2nd page.
Is it not possible to skip to certain pages if the Form Tabs widget is enabled?
Thanks!
Dave
