My account was suspended. Why was that?

Your account was suspended because your form - 200517403007137 was collecting credit card information and social security numbers. This violates our Terms of Use.

In order to regain access to your account, we will your permission to remove the fields that are collecting sensitive information.

You can use one of our payment processors if you want to collect payment. You can also set up payment authorization if this is what you need.

With regard to collecting sensitive information like socials, you can still do this as long as your form is protected by these widgets:

a.) Terms and Conditions or Short Scrollable Terms

b.) Any Signature widget.
