    Hi, So when attempting to edit a template I was able to get the template how i wanted to. 

    However, On the right side it was not updating my template, therefore when i tested the template and sent the confirmation to my email, I received a completely different form??

    Why doesnt it update it and send the correct and completed form?

    Hi,

    I assume that you are referring to this form, The Credit Shaman Onboarding Application, it seems that the fields are not yet connected on the original PDF file. 

    Kindly try to map the fields from the PDF form builder to the Original PDF file to sync the data. Here's a short screencast for a demo:

    You can also add fields on the PDF editor for fields that are not detected on the Original PDF.

    If you can see the fields on the original PDF file is orange if they are not mapped to any fields on the form builder, and it is blue if it's already connected to the corresponding fields.

    Kindly try to map the fields to the corresponding annotation on the original PDF file, then let us know if you need further assistance.
