we want to use jot forms to collect guest details. where we're located, the internet doesn't always work. is there a way to create a form, have people fill it out and then upload when we have internet?
Then we want to take all info from jot forms and merge with mailchimp or google sheets. please advise.the offline feature is extremely important. thank you!

Yes, Jotform does supports offline form features. You need to use Jotform mobile App in order to use the Offline form feature.
Following is the related guide which will help you out in making your forms work offline:

Other than this, we have one another workaround that you can use in case if you do not have access to the mobile device.
You can create a fillable PDF of your online form. Just make sure you saved the changes or entered data to the fillable PDF so you can submit it at a later date once you have an internet connection.
