Form crashing and unable to save data

every time I try to load my saved form on gmail it resets. Also app crashes randomly every few forms. I’m on chrome

It seems that there's a similar query posted on a different thread but it is posted by a different user.

I and my other colleague responded to that thread, and we found that the GPS Location widget is not set up properly or the Google Map API key is missing and it could be the one that's causing the issue.

Kindly try to set up the widget completely then let us know if the issue still persists.
