How can I reset a form after a previous set date has elapsed with multiple submission prevention enabled?

The following form - https://form.jotform.com/193430337669869

has Multiple Submissions prevention enabled to stop a participant entered more than one Fitness Test Date Registration.

My problem is that if someone fails a test they are unable to register again for a new test on a different date.

Is it possible to reset the form after every test date so they can register again for a new test date and still prevent multiple submissions?

The only way to overcome that is to temporarily enable the form so repeating users can submit the form again. Or you can use a different form for repeating users by making a cloned version of your form. Guide: How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL.
