Missing E-Mail Submission

    A person filled out this form https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/23467248117961 yesterday at this time 2013-05-14 11:21:24.  Three emails should have been sent to 3 different addresses.  None were received.

    I have forwarded a ticket to our Developers in order to check this further.

    In the meantime, can you please submit the form to see if this is sending the mails now?

    Yes. I just tried one and the emails went to at least two of the email
    addresses. It was that one incident. All previous submissions worked
    flawlessly. Since two of the delivery addresses are always the same,
    please don't tell me that it must be on the recipient side because you
    don't see it in your bounce list.
    I believe that your system gets a hiccup and sometimes misses a heartbeat,
    or at least an email transmission. This also happened on another form,

    It was a temporary glitch on our servers,

    I have tested your form and I can confirm now everything is working as it should be,
