I have a form almost half way complete. Upon saving or auto saving it is giving me the error: Form data cannot be decoded.

Thank you for contacting us.
Is this a 'NGSS Public Survey' form? I have cloned it to my account, added a test field and was able to save it. I used Google Chrome browser.
Please also let us know if there are any specific steps to reproduce the problem.
- cpalmsAnswered on May 15, 2013 at 02:30 PMHi support,
Yes it is the NGSS Public Survey form. I can add and save fields fine. It is when I try to add another standard in the html box, like the previous ones. I can add the field and type in it and it saves, but when I try to put the standard information it accepts it in the field, but when I try to save or it tries to auto save it gives me the error and does not save it.

Thank you, now I can reproduce it. I have forwarded a ticket about this issue to our Developers. However, I can not provide any ETA for when it will be fixed.
I think that your form is too large and it can not accept more html code. You may consider splitting it into multiple forms, reduce your explanation html tables, or replace these tables with links (to host the text data somewhere else). It might solve the problem.
We will update this thread if we get any updates.

It is happening because the HTML code you are copying and pasting has some characters that cause problems. You will need to copy the text as plain text and then format it using the html editor on the form builder.
