I am trying to create a form that multiple staff members can access to record information about meetings they have with our participants out in the field.  I get the form to work.  I was also able to submit and find the completed form on jotForm.

Staff then need to print out and sign the progress note.  Can I give multiple people access to  the Jotform account so they can see and print out their notes?  If so, would they all have the same log in?  Would I need to pay for separate accounts?

    Thanks.

You don't need to provide access to people on your Jotform account.

You can just provide a copy of the progress note to each of the staff so that they can print and sign.

You can use your form submission PDF attachment to provide the copy to your staff and then they can print and sign the PDF document. You can send the submission PDF to them using the form Email.

Check this user guide : How To Include Submissions As PDF Attachment In The Email Notifications

How this work is, every time your staff submit the form, they will get a copy of the data (in PDF document) on their email.

I hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
