Trying out jotforms and you specify that you get 100 free submissions, yet every time I try to enter a second test I get " Sorry! only one submission allowed" ? What am I doing wrong?

Normally, this happens if the Unique Submission or Unique Question is turned on. These features limit the form submissions to prevent multiple or duplicate submissions. I checked your form: "200506572204848" and I can see that it is set to "No check". You may refer to these guides:
Guide 1: https://www.jotform.com/help/64-How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form
Guide 2: https://www.jotform.com/help/223-How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question
In case if this issue is occurring in some other form, Go to Settings > Form Settings > Show More Options then scroll down to Unique Submissions and set the field to No Check.
Hope this helps.
