Data upload limits

Hi

Is there a data upload limit using jotform? I advertise that people can upload up to 1GB of data but a recent attempt to upload 917 pdf's (total size under 1GB) didn't come through. Please advise. The site page is https://www.cpcprint.com.au/quickupload/

There is a limit to the number of files that can be uploaded to the form on every submission.

And, there is a limit to the size of the file(s) that can be uploaded.
