    Jotform doesnt send me email notification of file received.

    For some reason, our email notification doesn't send us a notice and we haven't changed any email providers.

    I checked your form and dont see any issue with that. I checked our email server logs and see thate emails are getting delivered to your email id. Here is the email log for your reference:

    Request you to please check your SPAM folder and see if the emails are there.

    I just checked everthing and we did not received anything. I test the form through the jotform.com and it does send the form with the test but not when you actually upload anything. It sends the file to my dropbox, but no form.

    Also got this error:

    I checked your form. To ensure the delivery of emails, request you to please change the "Sender Email" of your notification to "noreply@jotform.com". Refer screenshot below: 

    On the error you are getting, its says that the FTP login credentials you have added is not correct. I was not able to reproduce this error as you have removed the FTP integration.

    Please let us know if changing the sender email solves your issue.

    GOT IT! For some reason my ftp intergration changed at some point, so I decided to just remove it as I now use dropbox.
