Is the information submitted back to me kept private?

    Hello :)

I created a form for my dental hygiene school program, for patients I have to recruit! I used a template, and then had to download the private encryption key onto my phone in order to allow people to fill it out and submit it back to me. I guess I am just confused now because when I chose to encrypt the form, it said either private key or public key. I chose private, but then it also said that a public key had already been created as well. Obviously this is very private information, and can't be at all made public, so I just wanted to check and be sure the information I receive back will be kept totally private. Thank you so much for your time! :)

Hi Gabrielle, it seems you're using the Form encryption feature.

To clarify, you have downloaded your created private key when you enable form encryption?

The public key refers to the downloaded key you have. Do note that the created key  is unique only to you and it is not publicly available.

May we know if this is how you view the pop-up message when you enable Form Encryption?

If you would like to use your downloaded key, you can select "I will use my existing keys".
