Getting a lot of file download errors

    Good Afternoon,

     

    Over the course of the last few days we have seen MANY errors on mp3 submissions throuugh jotform.  As you may sumise we are a radio station and submissions are an integral part of our operations.

     

    Below please show sampling of errors we are seeing.  can you please look into this issue?

    We are very sorry for the inconveniences caused.

    We had a temporary problem with upload links on email alerts. The files should be accessible from your form Submissions page. Also, the problem should be fixed on fresh email alerts.
