Is it possible to use multiple brands from the one account?

    Hi JotForm,

We have a large company with multiple sub-companies which will require separate brands for each set we create (and there are lots of them).

Is it possible to use multiple brands from the one account? Or are we limited to one brand per account?

Sometimes we do require creating A4 forms and export them out as editable PDF forms to send to clients, etc. Can this be done?

What criteria do we need to meet for an enterprise account and how do we set one up?

I have more questions, but can't remember them right now.

    Thank you for your time.

    Kind regards,

    Dario.

You may create multiple forms with multiple brands under one account.

Sometimes we do require creating A4 forms and export them out as editable PDF forms to send to clients, etc. Can this be done?

It is also possible to create PDF forms by using our new PDF editor or import the existing PDF forms to JotForm.

What criteria do we need to meet for an enterprise account and how do we set one up?

It is required to setup at least 3 accounts for an Enterprise account while the billing shall be based on the number of users. You may contact our Sales team by submitting the form on our Enterprise account so that they can get in touch with you.

    Thank you!

Thank you Kiran, is it also possible to have different footers with different company details for different sets of forms (in the one account also)?

By footers, you meant this (please see screenshot below)?:

If so, that footer is our jotform branding and the form has no option to add branding. However, you can still create a footer at the end of your form using the text field. You can design it to your preference using HTML.

Thanks Jherwin, if we setup an enterprise account, are we able to remove the JotForm branding fully? So when we send a form to someone, it looks like it's just from us?

Yes, you may remove the JotForm branding with Enterprise account. You may also use custom domain feature with Enterprise account so that the forms can be accessed your own domain.

    Thank you very much Kiran!

Another quick question (sorry to be a pain) - is it possible to add fields inline with sentences and inside paragraphs - like the example below...

You can use the narrative fields widget for that, here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/widgets/narrative-fields

    Guide: How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-Your-Form

Please give it a try and let us know if that meets your requirements.

Thanks Jherwin, another quick question regarding users? We will only need a handful of admin users to create/update forms - then pretty much send the form links to our staff and clients to fill out. Just want to confirm: all our staff and clients don't have to be a user to view and fill out the forms?

Yes. They are not required to be a JotForm user in order to view and fill the forms unless the forms in your account are assigned to specific users.
