Images that are being submitted using the file feature are not coming through - receiving 404 error

I have checked your uploaded file and I am able to view it in your submission page.
To clarify, the uploaded file link doesn't work when you try to view it in the notification email or in the autoresponder email?
Can you please share the steps you took to replicate the issue?
